OUR RETURNS POLICY
We are confident that you will love what you ordered, but if your new shoes don’t quite work out after trying these tips, we’re happy to offer an online credit note or refund on footwear purchases provided the shoes are returned within the standard return window, in an as-new condition.
Shop with confidence this holiday season with our extended returns period. All orders placed online or in-store from 26 November 2024 to 31 January 2025 have an extended return period of 45 days, subject to our return policy.

Standard Return Policy
Full priced footwear purchases are eligible to return for exchange, store credit, or refund, provided the shoes are returned within 30-days of receiving them, and in an as-new condition with all original packaging and components included. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns for socks or sockettes unless the packet is unopened.
We are happy to offer a prepaid return label to customers returning for an exchange or store credit. A restocking/shipping fee will be applied to returns for an exchange where the exchange value is less than $100. The restocking fee is payable upon requesting the exchange. Returns (via post) for refunds incur a $10 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Footwear purchased on a sale or markdown may not be eligible for our standard return policy above. The return outcomes for sale and discounted shoes differs based on the value of the discount. See below 'Sale Items' section for more information.
Holiday Extended Return Policy

Styles discounted 10-20% off: Sales under this offer are eligible for a return as per our standard policy above.
Styles discounted 30% off: Sales under this offer are not eligible for a refund. Provided the shoes are returned within 30 days in their as new and unworn condition, a return is eligible for a size exchange (same style/color, pending stock availability) or a store credit of the price paid.
Styles discounted 40-50% off: Sales under this offer are considered a final sale product and are not eligible for return. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds available on change of mind for products included in this promotion (this includes purchasing the wrong size).
Styles discounted to $50, $60, $99 or $129: Sales under this offer are considered a final sale product and are not eligible for return. No exchanges, store credits, or refunds available on change of mind for products included in this promotion (this includes purchasing the wrong size).

If your new sole mates are not the right size for you, please see our Size Guide to find your correct size. Then, select ‘exchange’ when returning your incorrect size.
Sole Saver Pack®
If you find your new FRANKIE4s are too loose or too tight, and they came with our Sole Saver® Pack, we have a solution for you! Included in most of our enclosed styles is a small bag of removable footbeds, made for adjusting the fit of your FRANKIE4 shoes. GMA Deals Return Policy
Purchases are eligible to return for us.frankie.com store credit or refund, provided the shoes are returned within 14-days of receiving them, and in an as-new condition with all original packaging and components included. We are happy to offer a prepaid return label to customers returning for a store credit or refund. A shipping fee of $10 will be applied to all store credits and refunds.
