12 months’ worth of FRANKiE4 Giveaway


“Competition” means the opportunity to go into the draw to attempt to win a Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“Competition Period” means the period from 8:00am (AEST) on 6 JUNE 2022 to 12:00pm (AEST) on 12 JUNE 2022;

“Eligible Entry” means an entry which complies with the requirements.

“Eligible Person” means an individual who:

(a) is over 18 years of age

(b) is not a Non Eligible Person; and

(c) submits an Eligible Entry.

“Non-Eligible Person” means the following:

(a) the employees, suppliers and contractors of FRANKiE4 footwear

(b) any spouse, child, de facto or any other person living at the same premises as any of the persons mentioned in paragraph (a). 

“Participant” means any person who participates in the Competition.

“Prize” means twelve (12) pairs of FRANKiE4 footwear shoes, valued to a maximum of $3600.00 (AUD) which can be redeemed individually or collectively at any time over 12 months from the Competition Period end date.

“We”, “Our” and “FRANKiE4” means Frankie4 Holdings Pty Ltd, FrankieB Pty Ltd, Frankie4 Footwear NZ Ltd, Frankie4 Footwear US Limited collectively trading as Frankie4, Brisbane QLD 4068, Australia.

Participation in the Competition

By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

All Competition entries are the property of the Promoter.

To participate in the Competition, the Participant must be an Eligible Person who submits an Eligible Entry during the Competition Period.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per Participant during the Promotion Period.

To enter the Competition, the Eligible Person must during the Competition Period:

(a) visit FRANKiE4’s website to enter; and

(b) complete all details on the online entry form including Name, Email, Phone number and answering the question provided during the Competition period (“Eligible Entry”);


The Competition

The Competition will be conducted by FRANKiE4 footwear during the Competition Period. The Competition will end on the expiration of the Competition Period. No purchase is necessary to participate.


The Competition is only open to Eligible Persons.

We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any Participant (including a Participant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

The Prize

There will be one (1) Prize of twelve (12) pairs of FRANKiE4 footwear shoes and one (1) winner of the Prize (Prize Winner).

The Prizes are not refundable and cannot be taken as cash. Exchanges are available, as long as shoes adhere to Our Return Policy and arrangement is made over email.

Prizes can be distributed to friends and family at the winner's discretion. This arrangement must be made via email.

Each Eligible Entry by an Eligible Person will be entered into the Competition.

The one (1) Eligible Entry drawn by FRANKiE4 at 8am on 13 JUNE 2022 will win a Prize.

We will use reasonable efforts to notify the Prize winners via entry details (i.e. phone, email, address) to arrange delivery or collection of the Prize.

A Participant claiming to be a Prize Winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of Eligible Entry.

If despite reasonable efforts we are unable to locate or contact a Prize winner to arrange collection prior to 5:00pm AEST Wednesday 13 JULY 2022, the prize will be forfeited. No new Prize winners will be issued.

We will publish the results of the Competition at 10:00am AEST on 13 JUNE 2022 on the @frankie4footwear Instagram account and frankie4.footwear Facebook account via stories and/or posts. By participating in the Competition, the Participant gives their consent for their personal details to be published in the manner prescribed in this clause if they are the recipient of a Prize.

The Prize winner consents to Us using their name, likeness, image and voice for an unlimited period and without remuneration for marketing and publicity use.

"We", "Our" or "Us" means Frankie4 Holdings Pty Ltd, FrankieB Pty Ltd, Frankie4 Footwear NZ Ltd, collectively trading as Frankie4, Brisbane QLD 4068.

“Customer” means any person who purchases goods from FRANKiE4 footwear.

“Promotion” means all sale offers available during the Promotion Period.

“Promotion Period” is midnight Friday, 8 April 2022 until midnight Sunday, 10 April 2022 inclusive (PST).

Styles 10-20% Off 

Below are the terms and conditions for all FRANKiE4 footwear styles and socks listed at 10% off and 20% off.

Customers will receive a discounted price on sale items online during the Promotion Period. Prices are as marked online during the Promotion Period. This promotion is not available at independent stockists.

Sale prices are valid from the first day of the Promotion Period and cannot be backdated for a refund or credit.

Any product(s) which are purchased at a discounted price of 10-20% off during the Promotion Period may be returned in accordance with FRANKiE4 footwear refund terms and consumer law. This entitles the customer to a refund or store credit for the returned product(s) less the discount received.

Styles Greater than 20% Off

Below are the terms and conditions for all FRANKiE4 footwear styles that are listed at a discount greater than 20% off. 

Customers will receive a discounted price on sale items online during the Promotion Period. Prices are as marked online during the Promotion Period. This promotion is not available at independent stockists.

Sale prices are valid from the first day of the Promotion Period and cannot be backdated for a refund or credit.

All sales under this offer are final. No refunds, exchanges or credit notes are available on change of mind for products included in this offer (this includes purchasing an incorrect size).

Stock Availability

  • We are not able to amend or change existing orders. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to update delivery addresses, sizes or styles purchased.
  • Items included in your online cart are not held stock and inventory may be sold before you complete the purchase process.
  • No rain checks are available for styles that are restocked in future.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services.

Use of Discount/Promo Codes

Other promotional offers or discounts will not be valid on sale styles (including socks). This includes, and is not limited to birthday discounts, review discounts, Professional Privilege or any other promotional discount codes.

When you shop with us (or access our services, its associated features, mobile applications and websites—our “Websites”), the following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with us and your use of the Websites.  These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional terms and conditions or policies we provide (collectively, referred to as “Terms”), including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

These are important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other. They also give you helpful info, too. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order. By browsing, accessing, using the Websites, or ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.  We may change these Terms at any time and without notice to you.  The revised Terms will be made available on our Websites.  Any such changes will only apply to orders submitted after the date on which the changes have been made. By continuing to use the Websites you will be deemed to have agreed to such revised Terms.

Prices and delivery charges

Let’s talk money stuff.

The prices displayed at FRANKiE4.com include your country’s applicable statutory goods and service tax.  You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, or any value added tax imposed on any product or services acquired or ordered by you from our Websites.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee is $10 (under $100 purchase) and free (over $100 purchase).

If we’re unable to deliver your order in full (and have to make more than one delivery), there won’t be an additional charge for more deliveries. After you’ve placed your order, we’ll keep you updated as much as we can on the status of your delivery. You should be able to track your package’s journey to you. Ordering/conclusion of contract

What happens after you place your order?

First, you should receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Then we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure your card can cover the order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch! FRANKiE4 reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.  Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on the Websites are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur.  If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.  If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know ASAP.

Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order. We may even close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. This action is taken to protect us both. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Customer Care. They’ll be more than happy to chat with you about it.

Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given a few delivery options to choose from, as well as estimated delivery dates that depend on the delivery address. Once you’ve placed your order, and this has been packed by a member of our warehouse team, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details from Australia Post (including your consignment number so you can track your order).  

At FRANKiE4 we try our best to send your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes there can be delays caused by unforeseen situations. As always—live chat, call or email with any questions you might have.

Shoe need to return some kicks?

FRANKiE4 guarantees a full refund on any returned items in accordance with our “Online Returns Policy”—provided all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. To translate: the items should still be in their original condition.

If you request a refund for an item during the time frames outlined in our Online Returns Policy but you can't get it to us for some reason, please get in touch. All refunds will be at our discretion.

Payment Methods

Payment before delivery:

Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX). FRANKiE4 reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value, and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct.  In the event of unusual activity, FRANKiE4 reserves the right to suspend payment temporarily or permanently via your credit card or debit card and we may contact you, your bank or any other relevant third party to report such unusual activity.

When paying with PayPal, we may need to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. FRANKiE4 reserves the right to deny any purchase if necessary.

Gift Card
You can choose to pay all, or part of your order placed on our website with FRANKiE4 gift cards.

Payment after delivery:

Afterpay, Shop Pay and Klarna
When you place an order with Afterpay or Klarna, you agree to pay for your order in regular instalments. When you place an order with Shop Pay, you're able to pay in full at checkout or pay for your order in equal instalments. Please refer to the Terms outlined by Afterpay, Shop Pay and Klarna when purchasing FRANKiE4 products using these payment services.

Promo Codes

Yes, please.

If you’re the lucky recipient of a Promo Code (yay!) you can use it to reduce the price of specified products. Each Promo Code has its own terms, which we will make clear at the time it’s issued to you. Unless specified otherwise, Promo Codes cannot be used to buy FRANKiE gift cards.

If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant for your individual use (ie. a SoleChamp Promo Code) please keep it confidential and don’t let anyone else use it. FRANKiE4 reserves the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Colours, measurements and product images

Are you seeing what I’m seeing?

We work hard to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The hues you see will depend on your computer system, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an accurate display of our colourways.  FRANKiE4 is not responsible for any such variations in respect of your order.  However, if an item is materially different from the representation on the Website, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unless otherwise stated, any additional items and accessories styled or shown in a product image are for display purposes only and are not included in the listed price.  You must ensure that you carefully read the product title and description before purchasing anything from our Websites.

Risk and Title

FRANKiE4 will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service.

You should consider whether you need to obtain any suitable insurance.

Online account

FRANKiE4 offers the ability for you to create an online account.

You must provide true and factual information when creating an online account. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. FRANKiE4 is entitled to assume that anybody accessing your account using your confidential username and password is you.

Be aware that others may access your account and private information if you do not sign-out before ending your session with FRANKiE4. Be particularly cautious when using public computers or devices that do not automatically log you out when you exit your browser.

Other Activities and Third Party Websites

From time to time, FRANKiE4 may promote, or advertise events, offers, items, services or other activities that may be conducted offline or which may be conducted by third parties.  These events, items, services or other activities may be subject to separate terms and conditions.  You acknowledge that you participate in any of these activities entirely at your own risk and in accordance with those separate terms and conditions.

Our Websites may feature or display hyperlinks and pointers to websites operated by third parties.  Such websites do not form part of our Websites and are not under our control.  We do not accept any responsibility for the contents of any such hyperlink or linked website. If you click on a link to any third party websites you leave our Websites entirely at your own risk.


FRANKiE4 does not represent that any information (including any file) obtained from or through the website is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to scan any such information for computer viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRANKiE4 will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic) however caused and whether in contract, tort or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information, by a distributed denial-of-service attack or by any malicious or harmful programs, scripts or technologies that may affect our Websites, system failures or any other harmful material that may infect your computer, device, programs, data or other proprietary material; you agree to release us from any such liability.

Consumer Guarantees

More important legal goodies.

The Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or equivalent State or Territory laws in Australia (“Australian Consumer Law”) may confer rights, guarantees and remedies on you in relation to the provision by us of goods or services on the website, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. We do not exclude these rights but do exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.

Despite any other provision of these Terms to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), FRANKiE4 will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the Websites or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Websites or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on the Websites, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if FRANKiE4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, where any legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law) implies in the Terms any term, condition or warranty, and that legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in the Terms, however, the liability of FRANKiE4 for any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at the option of FRANKiE4 to any one or more of the following:

  • the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods;
  • the repair of such goods;
  • the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
  • the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

Despite any other provision of these Terms to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law, FRANKi4’s maximum liability under any order shall not exceed the aggregate of the purchase monies received by FRANKiE4 for that order.

If you think there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.


You indemnify and hold us and our related entities, affiliates, and our and their respective officers, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

Ownership of rights

Stuff we own.

All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Websites, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, registered or unregistered trademarks, patents, logos, and artwork including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such contact remain with FRANKiE4 and its third party licensors.  Nothing you do on or in relation to the Websites, will transfer any intellectual property rights to you or licence you to exercise any intellectual property rights unless this is expressly stated.

Except as permitted under relevant intellectual property laws, no part of our Websites or any of our content supplied to you or which appears on our Websites may be copied, reproduced, republished, performed/presented in public, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, sold, exploited, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any business or commercial enterprise (including further copying, recording, taping or by a storage and information retrieval system) without the prior written consent of FRANKiE4.

You may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Where these laws come from.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia.  Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in Australia, unless otherwise stipulated in applicable mandatory laws.


If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.


Any failure by FRANKiE4 at any time to enforce these Terms or any of its rights will not be a waiver of such rights or affect the validity of these Terms.

Force Majeure

Force majeure: If we are unable to perform in whole or in part, any obligation under these Terms as a result of any fact, circumstance, or matter beyond our reasonable control, we are relieved of that obligation to the extent and for the period that it we are unable to perform the obligation.  You agree that FRANKiE4 will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of our services to you.


Any information provided regarding our products are not intended to replace professional or medical advice. While the product has been designed with care by our experienced team, every condition is different and our information should not be used as a substitute for the customised advice of a health professional.

Virtual Shopping Assistant

  • We reserve the right to refuse the booking of, or immediately end an appointment if there has been inappropriate, misleading, or abusive behaviour, or if there has been a constant cancellation of bookings.
  • All appointments booked are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep every appointment without changes. If, for any reason, we are unable to keep our booked appointment we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
  • As our booking times may be back to back, if you are late for your 15-minute appointment we will make every effort to accommodate you however, we may need to contact you to make an alternative appointment time.
  • We may record the video call for quality, training, and monitoring purposes.

FRANKiE4 Sole Champ™ program

For an entry into the Sole Champ™ Program, you must:

  1.    Complete the Sole Champ™ application form provided and opt-in to receive Health Professional database emails including your own discount code, special offers, new releases and notifications of FRANKiE4 restocks.
  2.    Agree to provide a testimonial of your experience with your FRANKiE4 shoes. In addition, provide a full-length photo of yourself wearing your selected FRANKiE4 shoes, ensuring the shoes (and space) are reasonably clean, the image is clear and includes your face.
  3.    Agree that you will provide both your testimonial and photo within 4 weeks of receiving your shoes.
  4.    Give permission for these submissions to be used by FRANKiE4 footwear for marketing purposes on social media, emails and our websites. Please note, not all testimonials and images will be featured.

Your request to be considered to receive a complimentary pair of shoes is subject to approval and not an automatic process. A representative of FRANKiE4 footwear chooses the Sole Champs at random and will contact the successful entrants directly to notify. There is no cost involved with this program. For each round, a certain number of new sole champs will be selected and announced on social media, as advised by FRANKiE4. Chosen sole champs will be sent a link to a range of FRANKiE4 shoes specific to this program. You may select one (1) complementary pair of shoes from this collection which will be dispatched directly to you. Please note that each style is subject to stock availability. The intention is for you to wear your shoes throughout your day as a Health Professional, predominantly within your workplace. We understand that our amazing Health Professionals are busy people, so if you feel as though you will not have time to commit to these terms, please withdraw your entry. If you do agree to these terms, please submit your entry and you will go into the draw to become a FRANKiE4 Sole Champ™. Once entered, you will be in the draw for future rounds, and only rounds in which we are calling your profession. If you are randomly selected as a Sole Champ, your entry will be taken out for future rounds as you are not able to be selected again. 

Complimentary shoes cannot be transferred or redeemed for online store credit or cash. No rain checks. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Our normal FRANKiE4 returns policy applies to all complimentary shoes. The intention of this program is simply for FRANKiE4 and their customers’ benefit, therefor FRANKiE4 will not disclose any of the provided information from your entry to external businesses/persons.

Below are the terms & conditions surrounding FRANKiE4 Product Review Coupon Offer. FRANKiE4 Footwear reserves the right to adjust these terms & conditions without prior notice.
Only one coupon ($25) will be issued per review. Review requests to online Customers are not guaranteed on all orders. Coupons are issued regardless of review content or star rating. Customers submitting reviews consent for these to be published on our website and to be used in our marketing. Coupon valid for footwear only. Coupon valid for current available stock only. $25 Coupons will be sent to customers who only wrote a review through the email sent to them. Coupons are valid for 30 days after the issue date. No extensions on coupon. Coupons are valid for one time use. Not redeemable for cash or store credit. Coupons are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Maximum of 1 coupon valid per pair of shoes purchased. Multiple coupons cannot be redeemed on the same pair of shoes purchased. Coupons can be used online or in-store at our concept stores. Coupon codes must be used at checkout online. Coupon code emails must be shown to staff when purchasing in store. Coupons are not valid to be used with our independent stockists. FRANKiE4 Birthday Voucher

Cleaning your Duty Footwear


The testing we have conducted is with products recommended by the World Health Organisation for what should effectively kill the virus off surfaces when used correctly. The listed disinfectants and techniques are suggestions only, based on our in-house testing. FRANKiE4 holds no responsibility if you are unable to successfully disinfect your footwear of Covid-19 or any other virus, bacteria or the like.  

Please note: applying disinfecting products, such as bleach, may result in the signs of wear showing sooner than we would normally expect from our leather products.

FRANKiE4 holds no responsibility for discolouration, drying, or wrinkling of the leather noticeably sooner than normal due to the use of disinfecting products. FRANKiE4 holds no responsibility if disinfecting your footwear reduces the longevity of your footwear.

If you are disinfecting your footwear we strongly suggest nourishing the leathers to help moisturise and rejuvenate the colour.

If you are disinfecting your footwear we suggest sticking explicitly to the dilutions and products we have listed.
