We’re proud of the close working relationships we have with our suppliers, and their ability to make quality footwear and socks that reflect our B Corporation values. Our footwear is made in Vietnam and Brazil, home to some of the world’s best makers and manufacturing technologies. All FRANKIE4 socks are made in Taiwan.

Partnering Smart
Since 2011, our very-first footwear suppliers in Vietnam, Henry and Julia, have brought our designs to life with unmatched skill and dedication. In 2024, we commenced a partnership with GVD International in Brazil—a respected, family-run business with 45 years in premium footwear. Known for their high-fashion ladies' shoes, GVD serves Europe, the UK, the US, and Brazil. Led by Verno and his family, their advanced headquarters features a sample room, 3D printing, testing labs, and a full design studio.
Caring For Makers
FRANKIE4 shoes are made in Vietnam and Brazil. Our suppliers undergo annual SMETA audits performed by Sedex—one of the world’s leading ethical trade organisations. Sedex assess the labour standards, health and safety, environmental performance, and ethical conduct of our partners.
Workers are paid above the local living wage, and our supplier complies with local labour laws regarding salaries, social benefits, working hours, conditions, and insurances.
PARTNERING SMART
Our go-to points of contact for footwear are Henry and Julia. Their can-do attitude, agility, and dedication are why we love working with them. The sample room and factory make our next-level designs and unparalleled comfort a reality. We also have a close working relationship with Gary, the General Manager on the ground in Vietnam.
CARING FOR MAKERS

Mapping Our Supply Chain
The FRANKIE4 supply chain consists of footwear and sock factories, leather tanneries, and farms—in addition to many other partners that provide smaller components in our shoes, such as laces and eyelets.
We’re working to map our entire supply chain across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 suppliers. We have visibility over tanneries through our membership with the Leather Working Group. For us, every component counts—stay tuned for more information about our full supplier network.
