You will receive a shipping update via email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

We offer complimentary Ground Shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

We collect taxes on orders placed in the state of Washington. Orders shipped outside of Washington will not be charged US Sales Tax.

Orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. Shipping timeframes will vary between 3-7 business days*, depending on the delivery address.

At this stage we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. 

*Please be informed that United States Postal Service (USPS) has declared a force majeure situation due to the significant impacts of the ongoing Los Angeles fires, which have caused widespread catastrophic damage across Southern California.

This force majeure declaration (in effect until further notice) will affect USPS services and performance obligations. Disruptions are expected due to major routeing and delivery issues, including the destruction of postal facilities. Areas impacted include postal codes from 90001 to 95399. It is anticipated that recovery and clean-up efforts in these areas will be lengthy.

Additionally, USPS has also declared a force majeure situation for postal code areas 99556 to 99780, which have been severely affected by winter weather, resulting in limited postal services within an 80 km radius of Anchorage, Alaska.

As conditions improve, USPS will provide updates on any changes to these force majeure declarations. We will continue to monitor the situation and will share any further relevant information as it becomes available.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched (please allow 2-3 business days in standard times, or up to 5 in busy periods), you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow the delivery of your new shoes.

We are unable to offer International Shipping through our US Store. At this stage we are also unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.
