Our standard dispatch timeframes are 2–3 business days. During sales and promotions events, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We offer complimentary Ground Shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

We collect taxes on orders placed in the state of Washington. Orders shipped outside of Washington will not be charged US Sales Tax.

Orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. Shipping timeframes will vary between 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

At this stage we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched (please allow 2-3 business days in standard times, or up to 5 in busy periods), you will receive an email with tracking details so that you can follow the delivery of your new shoes.
