Tracking Your Order
We do our best to fulfill orders within 1 business day. Tracking numbers are emailed directly once the order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed during sale periods or holidays may incur an additional 1-2 business days to be handled.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes
For orders placed during sales and promotional events, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We're doing our best to ship your new FRANKIE4's as quickly as possible, and you'll receive tracking information via email once your FRANKIE4's have been shipped.
For orders placed outside of the sale period, please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch.
Orders ship from Seattle, Washington.
We collect taxes on orders placed in the state of Washington. Orders shipped outside of Washington will not be charged US Sales Tax.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Free Ground Shipping orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on your delivery address and the item purchased. If you need a specific shipping carrier please contact us prior to placing your order at info@frankie4.com.
Please allow up to up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and 5-7 business days for shipping. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been sent.
International Delivery
At this stage we are unable to offer International Shipping through our US Store.
