Ground Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) from the time your order is placed, for your order to be packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Express Shipping: Place your order by 12pm PT for same day dispatch (excludes weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm PT, or placed on a weekend or public holiday, will be dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping update via email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington.

Ground Shipping: We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee. Delivery timeframes vary between 3-7 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays), depending on delivery address.

Express Shipping: Express Shipping (UPS 2-Day & UPS Next Day) is also available for customers in the contiguous United States, with the cost & delivery timeframes calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.

We collect taxes on orders placed in the state of Washington. Orders shipped outside of Washington will not be charged US Sales Tax.

At this stage we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.
