Our mission is to change the future of women’s footwear by taking wellness to the next level with fashion-forward, award-winning design that strives to support women everywhere and do better for the planet. With this purpose, FRANKIE4 is designed by women, for women—holding true to our podiatrist-founded history and our proud Australian heritage.
The first steps began with our founder, Caroline McCulloch. Caroline experienced first-hand the struggle so many women face on a regular basis, while working alongside her husband, Al, at their family-founded podiatry clinics in Brisbane, Australia.
Caroline recognized that patients had often sacrificed their health and comfort for fashion and commonly experienced pain intrusive enough that it impacted their daily lives. Al, Caroline, and their team diligently offered their expertise, but what they couldn’t offer their patients was a choice in footwear that helped with their treatment and that looked beautiful. This inspired Caroline to create an innovative fashion label that would revolutionize the way women experience shoes.

Hilary's strategic planning has contributed to propelling FRANKIE4s to it’s current standing in the market with over $50 million in sales in FY23 and a global team of 200+.
Hilary's leadership is poised to propel the brands expansion into the US market, including recently established partnerships with Nordstrom and J.Jill, marking an exciting phase for the company. From the brand's prototype to 100,000+ five-star reviews, Hilary has been a constant force shaping FRANKIE4s evolution.

She excels in developing new footwear constructions while keeping FRANKIE4 technology at the heart of the product, crafting seasonal color palettes, sourcing inventive materials, and working closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional products

Angela now drives the US Wholesale growth strategy for FRANKIE4, seamlessly merging her commitment to ethical values and industry knowledge. As an experienced sales and operations professional, Angela has a proven track record in wholesale, retail, and e-commerce and a strong business acumen transitioning B2C brands into successful B2B super-brands.
